Returns

Eligibility for Returns:
- You may return items within 30 days of receipt.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Non-returnable Items:
- Digital products (e-books, online courses, etc.)
- Opened or used stationery and study materials
- Custom or personalized items
Process for Returns

Request a Return:
- Email us at studentshopify.com@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Return Shipping:
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process:
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or refund for the defective product.
